I'm Founding Coach at Onwrdz. With a background spanning HR, industrial relations, and senior leadership across global technology and marketplace brands, I've spent more than two decades working at the intersection of human performance and commercial ambition.

My conviction has always been the same: the most durable competitive advantage any organisation can build is in its people. Not in systems or strategy alone — but in the behaviours, mindset, and quality of presence that its leaders bring to every room they walk into.

With a background spanning Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and senior leadership across global technology, fintech, and marketplace brands, I've spent more than two decades working at the intersection of human performance and commercial ambition. My career has taken me through some of the most recognisable names in the industry — Virgin Media, Skype, British Telecom, and Microsoft — and into the room with global brands including Nike, Lululemon, and Xbox, supporting their leadership teams through periods of growth and international expansion.

The principles that now define my coaching practice were sharpened during my time at Skype, where I completed the Gravitas leadership development programme and went on to become one of its facilitators — coaching over fifty managers and individual contributors through a structured journey of self-awareness, performance, and impact. Those same principles have stayed with me: that results-oriented leadership isn't a personality type, it's a discipline that can be developed.

Neil and I have worked alongside each other across a range of leadership roles spanning more than twenty-five years. Our partnership has always been grounded in a shared belief — that investing in an organisation's human assets creates lasting business value, and that the most impressive leaders are often those who've done the quiet, deliberate work on themselves first.

As Founding Coach at Onwrdz, I bring this depth of experience directly to the executives and leaders Neil works with — extending the quality and range of support available at every stage of the journey.
